Welcome to Come Good Home Woodcrafters (“CGH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or using our website at cghwood.com, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Products
CGH Woodcrafters specializes in handcrafted, heirloom-quality wood products. Each piece is made individually in small batches or as a custom order. Because our products are handmade from natural wood, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics, not defects. These natural variations are part of what makes each CGH piece unique.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are customized or personalized to your specifications. Please note the following:
- Custom orders are final sale. Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a production error on our part.
- Proof approval. For applicable custom orders, we will provide a digital proof for your review before production begins. It is your responsibility to review all spelling, dates, names, and design details carefully. CGH is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
- Order accuracy. Please double-check all customization information when placing your order. Changes to custom orders may not be possible once production has begun.
3. Production & Lead Times
Our products are handcrafted to order. Current estimated production times are noted on each product page. Lead times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to material availability. We will communicate with you if there are any significant delays.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order.
- We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
- CGH reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Shipping
- We currently ship within the continental United States.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
- CGH is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
- We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.
6. Refunds & Returns
Please refer to our separate Refund & Returns Policy for complete details. In general:
- Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
- Custom and personalized products are final sale unless damaged or incorrectly produced by CGH.
- Damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, graphics, and content on cghwood.com are the property of Come Good Home Woodcrafters and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall be resolved in Green Lake County, Wisconsin.
